7-Story Apartment Building To Replace Hell's Kitchen Parking Lot
Plans have been filed to build an apartment complex on a Hell's Kitchen site currently occupied by a parking lot.

HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — Developers have filed plans to construct a seven-story apartment complex on the site of a parking lot in Hell's Kitchen, according to city Department of Buildings records.
The new apartment building will be located at 350 W. 45th St. between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, according to building plans. The structure will stand 65-feet-tall and contain 20,600 square feet of buildable space. All of the building's space will be zoned for residential use, according to development plans.
Thirty-one apartments will be built inside the development, according to plans. The average apartment will be just less than 665 square feet large. Three of the units will be located on the building's ground floor and the rest of the floors will house four apartments each.

Amenities listed in the building plans include a bicycle storage room in the basement and a rooftop recreation area.

David Schwartz of an entity called 334 West 45th Street Corp is listed as the building's developer and Johan Soltani of Tribeca Construction & Consulting Inc. is listed as the development architect.
