$85M Hell's Kitchen Apartment Comes With Trip To Outer Space

The home's price tag also covers a yacht, three luxury cars and season basketball tickets.

HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — An $85 million Hell's Kitchen home that is (shockingly) still on the market after two years is throwing in an out-of-this-world incentive for buyers: A trip to outer space.

That's right. The eventual buyer of the 45th floor condo in the ultra-luxury development "The Atelier" will be given two tickets to the cosmos, according to real estate listings. Exactly what the outer-space trip entails is unclear. Full details and photos are listed on Realtor.com.

The new throw-in might prove enough to entice a buyer to snap up the luxury pad, which first hit the market in 2016. But these types of gimmicks aren't new to The Atelier's 15,000-square foot pad. Incentives such as a $1 million yacht with five years of docking fees, two Rolls-Royce Phantoms, a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and courtside season tickets to the Brooklyn Nets are still on the table.

The apartment also comes with a $2 million construction credit, just in case the $85 million home isn't exactly to one's liking.

Lavish incentives may steal the spotlight, but the home isn't too shabby.
