Beyonce Sells Midtown Apartment For Nearly $10M: Report

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Beyonce has had a busy summer. The pop megastar has given birth to twins, bought a $26 million East Hampton home and a $90 million Bel-Air Mansion and now has one more multi-million dollar real estate transaction in the books.

Beyonce and husband Jay-Z have sold a Midtown Manhattan apartment in luxury building One Beacon Court for a sum of $9.95 million, the New York Post first reported. The two music industry titans used the apartment to host friends and family staying in New York City, the Post reported. One Beacon Court is located on East 58th Street between Third and Lexington avenues.

In a difficult luxury real estate market, Beyonce managed to unload the unit in just 11 days, a source close to the deal told the Post.

"The sale happened really quickly. They were hard to reach — there was so much going on," the source told the Post.
