NEW YORK, NY — If you’re in the mood for some show tunes this summer, you're be in luck. Tickets have officially been released for Broadway Week, a biannual program that offers two-for-one passes to more than 20 of the most popular New York City shows from Sept. 3-16.

Broadway Week has become a popular New York City staple since its inception in January 2011, selling more than 1.2 million tickets and generating nearly $84 million in revenue in the seven years.

For those of you who don’t know, “SpongeBob SquarePants” will end its Broadway run at the Palace Theatre on Sunday, Sept. 16, so this may be your last chance to snag a ticket.
