Central Park Tower Floor Plans And Prices Revealed: Report
The cheapest condo in the planned "supertall" development will go for $1.542 million, according to reports.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Extell Development has not launched sales for condos in its $4 billion residential skyscraper Central Park Tower, but new details about unit prices and floor plans were recently revealed.
The cheapest unit in Central Park Tower, located on West 57th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues, costs $1.542 million, real estate publication The Real Deal reported.
And that's for a 569-square-foot studio apartment.

The average price per square foot of the listed units is an exorbitant $7,106. Twenty of the 179 units in the tower will be sold for more than $60 million, The Real Deal reported. The most expensive unit, which comes with an outdoor pool, private elevator lobby and a 2,000-square-foot terrace, will cost a staggering $95 million.
Extell did not reveal prices for the Central Park Tower's three massive penthouse units.

Central Park Tower’s amenities will include grand ballroom, a cigar bar and private dining room on the 100th floor, according to The Real Deal. The “Central Park Club” on the 14th floor will a screening room, conference room, locker rooms and playgrounds. There will be an indoor pool, exercise room and spa on the 16th floor. When completed the tower will be the largest residential building in the western hemisphere, according to Extell development.
