FAO Schwarz Slumber Party Gives NYC Family Night In Toy Store
The iconic toy store is hosting a family for a sleepover.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY – It's the dream holiday sleepover for any New York City kid.
The iconic toy store FAO Schwarz is hosting a single New York City family for a slumber party through Airbnb, with free rein over the 20,000-square-foot store.
The stay will take place on Dec. 21 for one lucky family of four from the same household. The booking opens Dec. 15 at noon, with the successful family paying for $25, plus taxes and fees, for the experience. The link for the booking is airbnb.com/happyholidays and it will be made on a first-come-first-served basis, representatives of the store said.

Guests will have unprecedented access to one of the world-famous store, including:
- Free rein to wander the two-story, 20,000-square-foot shop.
- A private, socially-distanced tour of the space with a host, a real FAO Schwarz toy soldier.
- Toys and games to choose from during a shopping spree.
- A feast enjoyed amidst the backdrop of the candy store FAO Schweetz.
- Once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to play, explore and experience the store, including a music lesson on the store's iconic Giant Dance On Piano, a Build-A-Bear workshop session, an opportunity to build your own remote-controlled car, and an immersive science experiment guided by an FAO Schwarz professor.
- Whimsically-designed lounging and sleeping spaces, including a real life sleigh bed and bunk beds with a slide.
Booking rules will strictly follow local COVID-19 guidelines and entrants must prove New York City residency and that they currently live in the same household.
