MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Former Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort's condo in Trump Tower has been listed for sale by federal officials following his conviction on federal fraud and conspiracy charges.

The 43rd-floor condo hit the market Tuesday at an asking price of $3.6 million, according to online listings. The New York Post first reported on the sale. Manafort bought the property in 2006 for $3.6 million using a shell company called John Hannah LLC and later transferred the home to his name in 2015, according to public real estate records.

After transferring the property to his name, Manafort took out a $3 million mortgage, according to real estate records. The political agent-turned-convict used apartment as his residence while he led Trump's campaign in the summer of 2016, the Post reported.

Manafort is currently serving a seven-and-a-half-year sentence on federal charges such as tax fraud, hiding foreign bank accounts and bank fraud. He's also facing state charges brought by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr, who accused Manafort in March of falsifying business records to rake in millions of dollars illegally through a yearlong scheme.

Online real estate listings for the condominium make no mention of Manafort's former ownership. The listings boast the one-bedroom unit's unobstructed views of Central Park, exposures facing north, south and west and luxury features such as decorative crown moldings and wood paneling.

The Trump Tower condo is the second of Manafort's New York City real estate holdings to hit the market following his conviction. His SoHo loft was listed for $3.6 million earlier this month.
