Luxury Bryant Park Rental Building Launches Leasing
Developers claim ML House, located on Sixth Avenue and West 40th Street, is Bryant Park's first ground-up luxury residential rental.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The area surrounding Bryant Park has long been dominated by towering office buildings and high-end retail, but a new ground-up residential building is brining luxury rentals to the neighborhood.
Skyline Developers's ML House, located on Sixth Avenue near the corner of West 40th street, launched leasing on its rental units this week, developers announced. The 25-story apartment tower contains 62 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
Leases begin at $3,225 per month for a studio and top out at $14,500 per month for the building's penthouse, which features private outdoor space overlooking Bryant Park, developers said.
