MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A Midtown hotel's venture to repurpose one of its rooms into a high-end sushi restaurant will be featured on a new reality TV show airing on CNBC, the network announced.

Husband and wife business experts Chrissy and Erik Kopplin will help Hotel 32|32 — located on East 32nd Street and Madison Avenue — open its new restaurant Sushi By Bou when their new series "Five Day Biz Fix" debuts on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 10 p.m. As the name of the show implies, the Kopplins will have just five days to turn a regular hotel room into a fine dining business.

The end result is a private omakase tasting served in a speakeasy setting. Diners "check in" at Hotel 32|32's front desk and receive a room key to the suite where Sushi By Bou is located. Once inside the room, diners take in a meal at a four-seat sushi counter manned by a private chef.

Sushi By Bou also has locations in New York City such as Times Square's Sanctuary Hotel and Union Square's Zeckendorf Towers. The business also operates in Miami and New Jersey.

The new series' first season will run six episodes. The show focuses on Chrissy and Erik Kopplin's efforts to help re imagine small business to turn a profit. Clients on the show can't afford prolonged closures, so the duo have just five days to overhaul each business.
