MTA Extends Pop-Up Vaccination Sites At Grand Central, Penn
Sites at Grand Central and Penn stations will continue vaccinating the public with the Johnson & Johnson single-dose.

NEW YORK CITY — The MTA will continue giving free vaccines to riders at Grand Central and Penn stations until June 12, it announced this week.
The sites offer the Johnson & Johnson single dose vaccine for no cost.

Who:
Anyone 18 years and older.

Where:
Penn Station, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily
LIRR, 34th Street Corridor, closest to entrance at 34th St and 7th Ave
Grand Central Terminal, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily
Metro-North Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Hall
Once you’re at the stations, follow the blue and red signs directing you to the pop-up spot.
What to Expect:
1. Drop by the station. Appointments are not necessary.
2. Check in with your ID (this may include a government-issued ID, like an IDNYC, driver's license, passport, Permanent resident card, Certificate of Naturalization). Team members will be there to help translate or connect you with translation services.
3. Meet with the nurse or doctor who can answer any other questions you have. Then, they’ll give you a single shot.
4. Wait 15 minutes with the medical team to make sure you’re ok.
5. Pick up your CDC vaccination card, free MetroCard or train ticket. No second dose needed.
