New 22-Story Office Tower Coming To Midtown
The building will rise 318-feet-tall and feature a restaurant on its ground floor.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A bustling area of Midtown is about to get a lot busier. Developers have filed plans to convert a parking lot on Broadway and West 31st Street into the neighborhood's newest office tower.
The 22-story development will rise 318-feet-tall and house both offices and a ground-floor eatery, according to building plans. The building site is currently used as a parking lot, which means extensive demolition will not be required.
The identity of the future office and eatery tenants in the building is unknown. In total, the development will be zoned for 140,834 square feet of commercial space, according to building plans. Offices will be located from the second floor to the top floor of the building and the eatery will be located on the ground floor and in the cellar level.
