PHOTOS: Macy's Reveals Annual Holiday Window Decorations

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Thanksgiving is till days away, but New York City's celebration of the holiday season is already in full swing. The Rockefeller Center Tree is standing tall, light displays are going up on New York City's major avenues and just last week Macy's Herald Square revealed its annual holiday window displays.

This year's Macy's display combined "modern technological and interactive elements with old school artistry," to create a unique display, according to a company press release. Decorations include a window featuring giant Santa and elvf statues, an abstract Christmas tree made from multi-colored neon lights and a giant fake dog (dressed as a reindeer) with a scratchable nose that peeks out through the window glass.
