Rally Outside Trump Tower Planned 'In Support Of Our President' (For Once)

A small but determined local response to the growing anti-Trump protest movement.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — For once, this Saturday, the noisy mob that has become commonplace on the sidewalk beneath Donald Trump's family penthouse on 5th Avenue between 56th and 57th streets won't be rallying against him.

That's because for once, this Saturday, Trump's local New York supporters plan to join his fans across the nation in staging a support rally to boost morale and show America — and the world — that not everyone hates our 45th president.

In NYC, the support rally will be staged outside Trump Tower at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 4.

A few hundred people had RSVP'd on Facebook by Wednesday morning, and a few hundred more had marked that they were "interested" in attending.

"This is a Pro America rally in support of our President and to show our American pride," NYC event organizers wrote on the Facebook event page. "Wear your USA and Trump gear. Bring your American flags, signs and pride. This will be a peaceful rally. See you there!"
