A-Rod, Jennifer Lopez List 432 Park Ave. Apartment: Report

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — New York City celebrity couple Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are listing their home in one of the city's priciest apartment towers in the search of a bigger place, according to reports.

The former Yankee slugger and the singer and actress listed their 36th-floor, three-bedroom apartment in 432 Park Avenue for $17.5 million, the New York Post first reported. The home has popped up on listing sites, with descriptions of the apartment boasting state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, solid oak flooring and 10-foot windows.

An anonymous source told the Post that A-Rod and J-Lo "love" 432 Park Ave,'s amenities, but the home is too small to house both of their families. Both Rodriguez and Lopez have two children from former marriages.

The couple bought the home for just more than $15 million in a deal that closed in February 2018, according to public real estate records.
