Suspect In Daytime Midtown Stabbing Is Sought By Police
Police are searching for a man accused of stabbing another man in the middle of Midtown in a broad daylight assault on Sunday.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Police are searching for a man accused of stabbing another man in broad daylight in the middle of Midtown during a fight on Sunday.
The incident unfolded around 3:45 p.m. Sunday in front of 992 Sixth Ave., when the 32-year-old victim got into an argument with the unidentified male suspect.
The suspect took out a switchblade and stabbed the victim in his left arm, police said. The suspect then fled north along Sixth Avenue toward West 37th Street.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
Police released a photo showing the suspect just before the stabbing, near the corner of West 34th Street and Sixth Avenue.
