Bronx River Parkway Reopens After Crazy Accident
Westchester County Police said motorists should expect delays.

UPDATE, 8:50 a.m.: The left and center lanes are blocked on the southbound Bronx River Parkway at Exit 11E as of 8:50 am for up to two hrs due to an injury accident.
Westchester County Police said a van fell from a ramp connecting the Cross County Parkway to the southbound Bronx River Parkway in Yonkers this morning. The driver seems to have only suffered minor injuries.
Traffic on the southbound BRP is affected. Motorists are advised to seek an alternative route.

8 a.m.: State transportation officials report the southbound Bronx River Parkway is closed at Exit 11E Cross County Parkway as of 7:50 a.m.
They predict it will be closed for up to 1 hour due to an accident with injuries.
