Earth Day Movie to Be Screened at Mount Vernon Library
Planetary Will be Shown as Part of Earth Day Celebrations

The Mount Vernon Public Library will be showing the movie Planetary on April 30 in the Grace Greene Baker Community Room. The film will be screened at 2 p.m. as a part of the library’s celebration of Earth Day.
Planetary was directed by Guy Reid and explores our cosmic origins and our future as a species. It includes imagery from space, Buddhist monasteries, Manhattan, and interviews with people such as astronauts, environmentalists, and anthropologists.
