Mount Vernon Apartment Complex Fetches $4.2 Million

MOUNT VERNON, NY - A 35-unit apartment complex in Mount Vernon has been sold for $4.2 million, according to The Journal News.
The paper reports that the complex is located at 29-31 S. Second Ave., adding it is in an area near the Mount Vernon Public Library that developers are eyeing.
