MOUNT VERNON, NY — On April 20, Mayor Richard Thomas cut the ribbon on a brand new solar center in Mount Vernon.
DGC Capital Contracting Corp. is opening its new solar facility in the city, 22 South 6th Ave. The company, which has been in business for more than 20 years, has had offices on 9th Avenue.
