Mount Vernon IDA Hearing To Focus On Housing Developer Tax Breaks
The proposed tax breaks are for a 179-unit, 5-story apartment building, according to The Journal News.
MOUNT VERNON, NY - The Mount Vernon Industrial Development Authority (IDA) will hold a public hearing this coming Tuesday, July 17 in connection with proposed tax breaks for Enclave Equities, LLC, according to The Journal News.
The paper reports that the tax breaks sought are in connection to the company's proposal for a 5-story, 179-unit housing development.
