Third-Rail Fire Delays Morning Commute On Harlem Line
Railroad officials said there were still residual delays.
MOUNT VERNON, NY — Metro-North's Harlem Line service became backed up halfway through the rush hour due to a fire on the third rail in Fleetwood.
Railroad officials said at 9:40 a.m. that the line was still experiencing residual delays of up to 15 minutes due to the problem.
