African & Latino Heritage Night Celebration

The event will held on Thursday March 2nd, at 8 PM, in Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York.

The Ramapo Town Board and the Town of Ramapo African Heritage Twinning Committee invite everyone to join them for the 24th. Annual celebration of African & Latino Heritage Night on Thursday March 2nd, at 8 PM, in Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York.

“The Town Board is very proud of its over 130,000 residents. One of its goals is to promote ethnic harmony. At the beginning of some of the Town Board Meetings, the Town Board highlights the contributions made by members of different nationality groups who live in or otherwise contribute to the wellbeing of our town,” said Supervisor Christopher St Lawrence.

The JAMCCAR, EKKLIPSE STEEL BAND, will delight everyone with their Caribbean music.

A fabulous cultural program will follow. President of the African Heritage Twinning Committee, Millicent Johnson, will welcome all.

Several outstanding individuals will be honored by the Ramapo Town Board.
