Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has kicked off the spring season with its new “1,000 Open Houses” campaign throughout the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey. With the number of potential buyers increasing as the weather gets warmer, spring is historically the peak home-buying season. Open Houses receive more traffic in the spring than at any other time of year.
