Bounce! Trampoline Sports to Host Therapeutic Sessions for Children with Special Needs

Bounce! Trampoline Sports in Valley Cottage, New York will offer an exciting new therapy program, titled Sensory Bounce, in conjunction with Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC, a pediatric occupational therapy center. The goal-directed sensory-motor therapeutic experience is suitable for children with:

• Autism and Autistic Spectrum Disorders
• Sensory Processing Dysfunction
• ADHD
• Social skills difficulties
• Low muscle tone
• Gross motor and balance difficulties
• Motor planning difficulties

The program, which will run on Mondays in six week cycles, will offer a 1:2 staff to child ratio and be conducted by a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist. In addition, a parent support group will be held by a social worker on site at the same time. Classes will begin Monday, November 3rd. The program will operate two sessions, one from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM and a second session from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC conducts similar programs in and around the tri-state area.

All ages are welcome to participate and light refreshments will be served for parents. The price is $495 for six sessions and payment in full is required before the sessions begin.
