Caribbean Food Delights Entrepreneur Of The Year® Winners
The duo is the first Asian Caribbean father-daughter team to win the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® award in New York.

Tappan, New York (June 25, 2019) – Vincent HoSang, Chairman and President and Sabrina HoSang Jordan, CEO of Caribbean Food Delights, Inc., the largest Jamaican Patty manufacturer are winners of Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in the Family Business category in New York. The duo is the first Asian Caribbean father-daughter team to win the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® award in New York.
The EY award recognizes entrepreneurs who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities, while also transforming our world.
A very elated HoSang Jordan in her acceptance speech thanked Ernst & Young, her parents, employees, customers and friends for their loyal support over the past 41 years. HoSang thanked God for His guidance and spoke of his humble beginnings. “I started business with $1000 and today the business has grown into a multimillion dollar operation, far more than I could have imagined,” said HoSang.

HoSang Jordan, one of two Asians are the only females among thirteen male winners. “It gives me a great sense of pride to represent my cultural heritage and importantly, women leaders out there. There is no question that there are fewer women CEOs and winning here tonight is truly gratifying,” said HoSang Jordan. The father-daughter duo has successfully grown their family business into the largest global manufacturer of Jamaican patties with a staff complement of approximately 200 employees. Within the United States, their Caribbean Food Delights Jamaican Patties are sold among major retailers Walmart, BJ, Costco, Sam’s Club, supermarkets and Caribbean bakeries and restaurants nationwide.
Mr. HoSang was born in Jamaica of Chinese immigrants, while Mrs. HoSang Jordan was born in New York.

Fans of the dynamic duo and Caribbean Food Delights widely recognized as a good corporate citizen took to Facebook to celebrate pair’s big night.
HoSang and HoSang Jordan were selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was
presented at a special gala event at the Marriott Marquis on June 20, 2019.
The EY program now in its 33rd year, is the world’s most prestigious business awards for entrepreneurs. It has honored the inspirational leadership of an elite class of entrepreneurs including Howard Schultz of Starbucks Corporation, Pierre Omidyar of eBay, Inc., Robert Unanue of Goya Foods, Andreas Bechtolsheim and Jayshree Ullal of Arista Networks, J.W. “Bill” Marriott, Jr. of Marriott International, Inc. among others.
