The WCFR Heart Project event will be held on April 7th, 2018 from 11AM - 1PM with special speaker, Dr. Gregory Emili.
Spring Valley, N.Y. (April 3rd, 2018) – Join Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 for their WCFR Heart Project event "Changing Our Future Together!" The purpose of the WCFR Heart Project is to educate members in the Spring Valley Community (SVC) and surrounding community about fatal health conditions and preventative measures concerning the heart and train them in first aid and first response, through Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. The event, from 11am - 1pm, will be held on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at Balm of Gilead Medical Office, 60 North Madison Avenue, Spring Valley, NY 10977.

Gregory Emili was born in Delta State Nigeria and graduated from the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital with a Medical Doctorate degree. He migrated to the United States and did his residency in internal medicine at North General Hospital (Mt Sinai School of Medicine). He worked as an attending MD to the Associate Program Director in the residency program. He went into full time private practice in 2007, initially as a primary care physician, but later trained in chronic pain management in Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. He says that the experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering helped define his practice.

Dr. Emili was called to the gospel ministry while in medical school in 1985 and has since then been faithful to the heavenly vision. He has preached from room to room in the campus, school to school, and village to village in Nigeria. On arrival in the United States, he has been involved in propagating the gospel, conducting door to door preaching in apartment complexes in the Bronx, street evangelism in Manhattan and at open-air gospel. He currently serves as pastor to the Deeper Life Bible Church in Spring Valley NY.
Dr. Emili is blessed with a wonderful wife and five children who have themselves followed in their father’s footsteps and taken to the ministry. He is a member and adviser of Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Rockland, NY with a mission "to prevent death worldwide through education and training". He is currently the CEO and President of the Balm of Gilead Comprehensive Medical and Pain Management Center in Spring Valley, NY and in Bronx, NY.

Worldwide Community First Responder (WCFR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit/charitable organization with a mission “to prevent deaths worldwide through education and training”. WCFR offers two main services: WCFR Health Education and WCFR Training Program.
