Hail, thunderstorms, gusty winds and some rain, it’s all possible over the next 36 hours. Enjoy the weather during the day on Wednesday, which will be sunny with temps near 60 degrees.
But scattered showers could start in the late afternoon.

"The showers don’t appear as if they’ll be overly heavy… they could hit just in time for the evening commute, which could make for some travel headaches if you’re out and about Wednesday late afternoon," says Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.
It appears to be one of those situations where one side of town could see some sporadic showers and mostly cloudy conditions, while the other side could see heavy downpours accompanied by thunder and hail.

We also could be looking at a storm on Sunday into Monday but Hudson Valley Weather says the threat is diminishing.

Tonight-Mostly cloudy. Showers likely...mainly in the evening. Lows in the lower 40s. South winds around 5 mph in the evening... Becoming light and variable. Chance of rain 60 percent.
Thursday-Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and small hail in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 60s. Southwest winds around 5 mph...increasing to around 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 40 percent.
Thursday Night-Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers in the evening. Lows around 40. West winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusts up to 20 mph in the evening. Chance of rain 30 percent.
