Hi Tor's Pet of the Week: Jasper
Each week we highlight another wonderful pet adoptable from Hi Tor Animal Care Center, Rockland County's only animal shelter.
Jasper is a 4-year-old female DSH who was surrendered to the shelter due to personal problems of her owner. She is blind in one eye and might do best in a home with teens and older because she is on the small and independent side and needs some time to warm up to people. But Jasper is also a very sweet and loving cat once she does get to know you.
