Hi Tor's Pet of the Week: Philip

Each week we highlight another wonderful pet adoptable from Hi Tor Animal Care Center, Rockland County's only animal shelter.

Philip is a 1½-year-old black domestic shorthair cat. He was surrendered to Hi Tor because his owner was no longer able to care for him due to health issues. Though one of his forepaws is slightly lame due to a previous injury, he is a very busy and active cat, who would be best in a home with teens and older. Philip had lived with other cats but we are not sure how he would be around dogs.
