Hudson Valley Chorale’s biggest season
HVC Winter Concert "America's Spirit in Song"

The holidays have passed and people are looking forward to enjoying alternative music. The Hudson Valley Chorale is happy to oblige. For their upcoming concert, the chorale has chosen a selection of music portraying the spirit of America. America’s music runs the gamut from patriotic fervor to nostalgic love of home and hearth. These varied elements will be included in “America’s Spirit in Song”, to be held on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 3pm at the Dominican Convent Chapel on Route 340 in Sparkill, NY. The chorale will be under the baton of its artistic director, Michael C. Haigler, and be accompanied by Dr. Arielle Levioff. Tickets are $20 and can be ordered by phone at (845) 598-6749, by email at hudsonvalleychorale@gmail.com or by visiting the website www.hudsonvalleychorale.com
Looking ahead to the near future, the chorale is planning a festive event celebrating the 250th anniversary of Ludwig Van Beethoven’s birth. In a joint effort with the Rockland County Choral Society and the MidAtlantic Artistic Productions Orchestra, the two choruses will perform an all-Beethoven program, “A Beethoven Gala” on Saturday, May 30, 2020. Watch for more details for what will be a very entertaining event. Please mark your calendars to attend both exciting concerts.
