Kaitlyn Reynolds Lost 34 Pounds At Peak Physique

Kaitlyn Reynolds talks about her weight loss journey.

Nanuet, N.Y. (October 21st, 2019) – Kaitlyn Reynolds struggled her entire life with weight issues. "I tried so many 'diets' but they either didn’t work or I didn’t want to consume my every thought about it so I quit." said Kaitlyn Reynolds.

My friend received an email about a 6 week challenge at Peak Physique. So we joined the challenge and I haven’t looked back since. I was going through an engagement breakup and I knew it was what I needed. .

2) How many pounds did you lose so far? How long did it take?

Since joining peak I’ve lost 34 lbs and I started OCR Racing (Spartan Races to be more specific).

3) How did Peak Physique help you meet your weight loss goal?

Peak Physique provides a yes and no list of foods to optimize your goals. They constantly switch the workouts to ensure you don’t stall your weight loss.

4) How often did you work out at Peak Physique?

I try and workout 4-6 days a week if possible.

5) What is your favorite form of exercise to do and why?

I love partaking in boxing classes because I feel I can exhaust the most energy.

6) Have you had to deal with any injuries along the way?

I’ve sustained multiple injuries, most recently I’ve been dealing with a double heel spur, but that hasn’t stopped me from continuing towards my goals.

7) What did you change in your diet?

I eliminated junk food, sweets, fried foods and soda and added more protein into my diet.

8) How did you manage to integrate this healthy lifestyle into your life?

By surrounding myself with a positive support system, I’ve been able to continue and thrive since November 2017.

9) What is the biggest struggle: food, exercise, temptation?

I’ve struggled the most with meal preparation and resisting temptation.

10) What motivates you to continue with this lifestyle?

Spartan racing keeps me motivated to keep going and get stronger so I can accomplish my goals.

11) What are your goals for the future?

My goals for the future are to get stronger, be more active, motivate others and continue to lose weight.

12) What is your best piece of advice for those just starting their weight loss journey?

My best piece of advice for others would be “just keep moving”.
