Kohl's Plaza Sells In Nanuet

NANUET, NY — Kohl's Plaza in Nanuet was sold to a private investor for $27.4 million. The plaza's tenants include GameStop, Palisades Federal Credit Union and Pizza Hut.

Kohl's Plaza has almost 161,000 square feet of retail space on almost 16 acres, the Journal News reported.

At the end of October, Bob's Discount Furniture, which is in the same plaza, was bought by an LLC associated with Patrick Magee of MBC Contractors, a construction management firm.
