Nanuet Celebrates Spring With 'Meet Me On Main' Event

NANUET, NY — The Nanuet Chamber of Commerce and Junior Nanuet Chamber are teaming up to host a special event for the whole community on Saturday: "Meet Me on Main."

The area from Orchard Street to Church Street will be closed to cars, to make room for tables and chairs and live entertainment. Local restaurants will set up tables for outside dining.

Cousins Moran will play from 2:30-4:30 p.m., sponsored by Nanuet Restaurant. The Bender Band will play from 5-7 p.m., sponsored by Ambulance Brew House.

The Nanuet HS Junior Chamber will be holding a 50/50 raffle to raise money for the Clock for the new Nanuet Adopt a Spot near Jolene's cleaners, as part of their Downtown Revitalization Fundraiser.

You will be able to take advantage of the outside dining at restaurants on Main such as Martios, Banchetto Feast and nearby Cho Cho San — or get take-out from there and bring it to the Nanuet Chamber's dining area.

Or, make the day a tasting adventure, Chamber officials suggest. Enjoy outside dining at Shake Shack, Chipotle, Nanuet Hotel, and many Chamber members Growler & Gill and Dom's To Go, Sangrias, PF Chang's, Patsy's Pizzeria, BJ's Brewhouse, Franco's Pizza, Nanuet Diner and Panera — and don't forget longtime Nanuet Chamber Member Aqua Terra Grill in Pearl River.

Nanuet Restaurant and Ambulance Brew House will be contributing the tables, chairs, as well as the live music for the event.
