Nanuet Chamber of Commerce to Host 'Shop Local' Event November 19th

The Nanuet Chamber of Commerce will host a Shop Local event at the Comfort Inn in Nanuet on November 19th from 6:00 – 9:30pm. The event is designed to showcase local business owners so they can sell their products and services for the holidays. Admission is FREE and will include a dessert extravaganza! Those who register in advance on the Chamber website (www.nanuetchamber.com) will be entered to win a special prize.

Local businesses are encouraged to register for a table. Spots are limited and cost $45 for members of the Chamber and $65 for non-members. Registration forms and information can be found on the Chamber’s website homepage. A few tables are still available! Hurry and register on the Chamber site. Local retailers and shops are encouraged to sign up to sell their products at this fun event!

“Our goal is to help the local economy and local business owners by hosting events where they can shine. Our Shop Local event is a chance for residents to learn more about what’s available from area entrepreneurs and buy their products and services as gifts for the holidays,” stated Chamber president Risa Hoag.

Membership fee for businesses is $125 and only $25 for residents. All are welcome to attend the monthly meetings which are posted to the Chamber’s website.
