Nanuet Nonprofit Receives Donation from Realtor Foundation

Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation has donated a total of $55,000 to 17 area groups.

A nonprofit group in Nanuet have received donations from the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. The foundation made donations totaling $55,000 to 17 charities and nonprofit organizations in the Hudson Valley.

The group is People to People in Nanuet.

“As Realtors, we are so pleased to be able to give back to the local communities where we make our living,” said Linda Crispinelli, president of the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation Board of Trustees. The foundation participates in qualified community-based charities who serve the housing, hunger, health, happiness, and humane needs of citizens.

The other charities or nonprofit organizations that received donations include the Association for the Visually Impaired in Spring Valley, Furniture Sharehouse in White Plains, Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley in Tarrytown, Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, Community Capital of New York in Hawthorne, Friends of Karen in North Salem, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh, Inc., The Food Bank for Westchester in Elmsford, Hi-Tor Animal Shelter in Pomona, Green Chimneys in Brewster, Drug Crisis in Our Backyard in Carmel, the SPCA of Westchester in Briarcliff Manor, Volunteer New York in Tarrytown, Legal Services of the Hudson Valley in White Plains, Support Connection, Inc. of Yorktown Heights, and the White Plains Business Improvement District.
