Statewide Title Insurance Of Westchester Announces Two New Executives: Industry Veterans Gordon B. Perkel, Esq., And Michelle Natoli
Statewide Abstract Corp. the largest family owned title agency in Westchester, celebrating its 35th year, has announced the addition of two new executives to their team. Gordon B. Perkel, Esq. and Michelle L. Natoli of Westchester County, NY have joined Statewide Abstract Corp. Statewide Abstract maintains offices in White Plains and Manhattan.
Perkel is a 28 year title industry veteran, having worked with the Chicago Title Insurance Co. and most recently Land Transfer, Ltd. He has presided over many complex projects including The Galleria Mall and Heritage Hills, both located in Westchester, NY. He holds a B.A. from Pace University and a Law Degree from St, Johns University. Perkel resides in Westchester County with his wife.
Natoli’s new position as VP of Sales for the Westchester office will draw on her more than 20 years of experience in the title industry. Formerly Vice President and Title Officer at Land Transfer, Ltd., Natoli was involved in all aspects of the title insurance process. Among her achievements, she has worked with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to secure successful refinancing for various commercial properties in Westchester and she was a recipient of the “Finest Agent” Award from Fidelity. Ms. Natoli resides in White Plains with her son.
