NEW YORK CITY — Anne Hathaway's luxury Upper West Side penthouse hit the market this week with an asking price of $3,495,000, according to listings and reports.

The Academy Award-winning actress's Central Park-side apartment — which she bought with husband Adam Shulman in 2016, the Wall Street Journal first reported— went up for sale Thursday, according to a Realtor.com listing.

"This picturesque two-bedroom penthouse and its coveted south-facing terrace recently underwent a meticulous renovation," the listing reads.

"The home was painstakingly redesigned by Gramercy Design to utilize every square inch, replicate original and period moldings, and seamlessly integrate modern conveniences."

The next buyer will need to throw down almost $700,000 for a down payment on the luxury penthouse, which boasts French casements, white oak floors, a private key-locked elevator, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with 18-foot ceilings and a skylight.

The five-unit Neo-Georgian mansion was built between 1902 and 1904 and designed by architect Percy Griffin, according the Landmark Preservation Commission.

The owner was Frederick Ambrose Clark, a relative of Edward Clark, who developed the Dakota, city records show.
