NEW YORK CITY — Manhattan's castles in the sky are always hitting the market with weekend open houses, and this weekend's no different.
Some of the most luxurious, pricey apartments will open doors to prospective buyers.
And although the stunning skyline views and fancy perks are nearly unattainable for most, at least you're not alone. A recent study found one-quarter of recently built condos remain unsold in Manhattan because the market for such high prices can't keep up.
