NEW YORK – The most expensive home on Staten Island is a palatial coastal pad with a waterfall cascading into an indoor pool – but you can buy 24 of them for the price of Manhattan's costliest property.

Real estate website Localize.city analyzed listings currently seeking buyers throughout the city and found those in each borough with the highest price tag. Depending on the borough, they range from sprawling penthouses to grand suburban-style homes with huge lawns.

“These gilded units have some incredible amenities,” said Aaron Ghitelman of Localize.city.
