The Atelier, located at 635 West 42nd Street, is now enticing would be residents interested in purchasing an $85 million full-floor mansion-in-the-sky with a list of amenities that includes a $1 million dollar yacht, two Rolls-Royce Phantoms, a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, court side tickets to the Brooklyn Nets for a year and a Hampton's mansion rental for the summer, among other extravagant features.

It also comes equipped with $2 million worth of construction credit, five years worth of docking fees for the yacht and a live-in butler and private chef service for a year.
