Prosecutors alleged that from Jan. 1, 2016 to Aug. 12, 2020, the Sloatsburg resident stole in excess of $70,000 from the Sloatsburg Volunteer Ambulance Corps, where he served as president. They said Gannon would use Sloatsburg Volunteer Ambulance Corps bank accounts to pay for personal expenses including but not limited to paying for season tickets to the NY Jets.

After a forensic audit of subpoenaed bank records, the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office presented evidence before a Rockland County Grand Jury, who returned the indictment.
