Casper Hill Road Closed In Clarkstown During Midday Snow

The latest storm will continue to cause slippery conditions well into Friday.

CLARKSTOWN, NY — Roads are slick across the region and Clarkstown officials are warning residents to drive cautiously if they must drive.

So far the snow has only caused a few minor accidents, Town Supervisor George Hoehmann told Patch Thursday afternoon.

However, light snow is predicted to continue well into Friday.

"This is going to be a longer duration storm, and in the overnight hours we could be facing icing conditions," Hoehmann said. "Even if the roads look like they're clear, be careful."
