The Center for Safety & Change (formerly the Rockland Family Shelter) is hoping community members, businesses, faith based groups and others will once show their generosity again this year and provide gift cards for clients in its residential and non-residential programs.  The Center assists victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes in Rockland County.
This is the second year that the Center is specifically asking for gift card donations. Gift cards enable client who use the Center’s services to select the items most need by their children and themselves.
The suggested gift card donations include: Visa, American Express, Target, Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Shop Rite, Pathmark, Stop & Shop, Kohl’s, Marshalls, Sears and the Palisades Center.Â
