Clarkstown To Hold Halloween Fest, Dog Costume Contest
It's all happening at Congers Lake Memorial Park.
CLARKSTOWN, NY — Saturday is the day to be at Congers Lake Memorial Park. It's the annual Halloween Festival plus the dog costume contest.
- WHAT: Halloween Festival. Hayride, costume contest, bouncy houses, refreshments and more. Free event.

But first there's the pet costume contest. And the Town Clerk will also be doing onsite dog license registration.
