WEST NYACK, NY — A crash between a CSX train and a big truck knocked down power lines in the area of the Pineview Crossing, police said.

The crash caused 26-100 customers to lose power, according to Orange & Rockland utilities. The estimated time for restoration is 4:45 p.m.
