Lakewood Elementary School - The Scoop

This past Tuesday afternoon, 20 teachers from Lakewood Elementary left their day jobs and went to the new Little Scoops in Congers to do another type of work.

For 3 hours the teachers scooped over 270 sundaes for students past and present in an effort to raise money for the school.

Working closely with the PTA, the staff at Lakewood donated their time and energy while entertaining students with the thrill of seeing them outside the classroom.
