New City Chiropractic Center Announces the Expansion of Its Practice

New City Chiropractic Center has announced the expansion of its practice through the addition of the patients of Rockland Health Chiropractic Associates operated by Dr. William Grosso who retired on August 29th after 33 years of providing Chiropractic care in Rockland County.

Dr. Michael Cocilovo and Dr. Gil Rodriguez of New City Chiropractic Center and Dr. William Grosso have shared office space since 2012 at 490 Route 304 in New City. “We have had an opportunity to get to know and treat many of Dr. Grosso’s patients over the past two years, so the transition will be an easy one for them and for us,” stated Dr. Cocilovo. “I have known Dr. Bill for over 20 years and have been very fortunate to work alongside him for the past 24 months. We are honored that he has entrusted his practice to us and will do everything we can to exceed the expectations of his patients and welcome them into the New City Chiropractic family,” he added.

At a recent surprise retirement party for Dr. Grosso, he and his wife Gina, the administrator for the practice, were presented with Certificates from both County Executive Ed Day and Clarkstown Supervisor Alex Gromack for their more than 30 years of service to Clarkstown and Rockland County residents. Approximately 70 patients, friends and family members were on hand to wish them well.

New City Chiropractic Center has been serving the Rockland County area for nearly three decades providing chiropractic care to those ages six months and up. They also provide wellness workshops on topics such as managing stress, reversing diabetes, and back safety. A Certified Sports Team Physician, Dr. Cocilovo is also one of a select group of chiropractors who is certified to perform Manipulation under Anesthesia (MUA). He is a long-time member of the New York State Chiropractic Association and is Past President of the Rockland County Chapter of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a current member of the American Chiropractic Association, as well as of the New York State Chiropractic Association.
