From O&R: O&R has contributed $10,000 to Penguin Rep, a not-for-profit, professional theatre that has entertained audiences from Rockland, and beyond, with world-class performances at its Stony Point home for the past 40 years.

Since 1977, Penguin Rep has produced over 150 shows seen by more than 400,000 people, bringing celebrated writers, actors, directors and designers to its 108-seat theater in a updated, re-conditioned, century-old barn on Crickettown Road.

Since its beginnings, Penguin Rep has specialized in bringing to the mid-Hudson region cutting-edge new plays by established and award-winning playwrights and by emerging writers. Penguin Rep also presents important existing plays that have had minimal exposure.
