One Dead In Car Fire On The Palisades Parkway
The car was found on fire in a snowbank at 2 a.m., police said.
STONY POINT, NY — One person died in a car fire on the Palisades Interstate Parkway overnight.
State police on patrol found the car at about 2 a.m. Tuesday at Exit 16, on the shoulder in a snowbank and engulfed in flames.
The troopers were not able to immediately determine if anyone was in the vehicle. The Stony Point Fire Department arrived and extinguished the fire, police said.
