In Person and Online: Clarkstown's Memorial Day Tribute Friday
The public is invited to watch.
CLARKSTOWN, NY — The Town of Clarkstown will hold its annual Memorial Day tribute on Friday. Usually well attended, this year's event will be limited because of the new coronavirus pandemic to a small group of in person participants. However, it will be streamed live on Facebook.
Wreaths will be hung at the Town’s Promenade of Heroes Garden after remarks by Susan Branam, Rockland County Director of Veterans Services, and Town Supervisor George Hoehmann. The Clarkstown Police Department Color Guard will then fire off a rifle salute.
